Shelookz - Refund Policy

As soon as you send your first email to our customer service regarding your return, your request will be processed. Due to the high volume of requests, it is not always possible to respond immediately. It is not necessary to send multiple emails; your request will be handled as soon as possible. We strive to respond within 24 hours and are happy to assist you.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us. At Shelookz, we strive to ensure our customers' total satisfaction with the products they purchase from our suppliers. If you encounter a problem with the delivery or the product, please contact us and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

You may want to return an order because the product does not meet your expectations or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. Return shipping costs from your home to our return address are your responsibility.

All items purchased at a discounted or sale price are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are included.
The item shows no signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns.

Please note:

Returned products are sent to our international returns centre in China.
International return shipping costs may be higher than domestic shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Before returning an item, please contact our support team. In many cases, we may be able to provide an alternative solution without requiring an international return.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Products

If you receive:

A defective item
A damaged item
An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

Refund
Return shipping assistance where applicable

Customers will not be charged return shipping costs where the error is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
